Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- BLOCKED: www.cityofhenderson.com returns an Akamai 'Access Denied' (HTTP 403) even to /robots.txt for our User-Agent; no retry with another User-Agent or tool. So no city page, photo, official email or candidate statement was read directly. Clark County's elected-officials index links the city's Mayor and Council page and lists Henderson as '1 mayor and 4 Council seats' and '3 elected Municipal Court Judges'.
- Mayor Romero, Ward III Cox and Municipal Judge Dept. 1 Albritton are named as incumbents on Clark County's 'Current Listing of All Offices up for Election in 2026' (dated 4/6/2026). Wards I, II and IV were 2024 contests (Clark County 2024 lists: Ward I Porter/Seebock/Whittaker; Ward II Larson/Marunde/Shaw, general Larson vs Shaw; Ward IV Arrington/Stewart). Their winners (Seebock, Larson, Stewart) were confirmed only from City of Henderson pages and 2026 city news releases as shown in a search-engine index, because the County's results host (elections.clarkcountynv.gov) is robots 'Disallow: /' and the city site is blocked. Treat those three as needing a direct check of the city roster when it can be reached.
- Municipal Court Departments 2 and 3 (elected, not on the 2026 ballot) are not listed: their judges could not be read from an official page. Next regular city election: Wards I, II and IV in 2028 (4-year terms from 2024); Mayor and Ward III again in 2030.
- Federal/state candidates from the Clark County Election Department 'All Contests and Candidates in the November 3 2026, General Election' PDF (dated 8/24/2026, 'subject to change'). Names in natural order; the PDF prints Last, First with DEM, REP, NPP (No Political Party), IAP (Independent American Party), LPN (Libertarian). Write-ins and 'None of these candidates' not recorded.
- District coverage computed locally from the Census 2024 cartographic boundary files (www2.census.gov, cb_2024 place, cd119 and 2024 state-legislative 1:500k), clipped to the Henderson city polygon (314.75 km2 incl. water): NV-1 299.9 km2 (95.3%), NV-4 14.8 km2 (4.7%), no NV-3. Senate: SD20 156.2, SD5 95.4, SD12 31.8, SD21 23.1, SD7 6.0, SD10 1.9, SD19 0.4 km2. Assembly: AD23 104.4, AD22 58.4, AD19 51.8, AD29 37.0, AD12 23.1, AD21 19.8, AD41 12.0, AD18 6.0, AD16 1.9, AD36 0.4 km2. Generalized boundaries; tiny slivers may be artefacts. Spot checks with the Census Geocoder (4 points) all returned NV-1. TIGERweb rejected our User-Agent ('Request Rejected'). City Hall districts (NV-1, SD-5, AD-22) from the Census Geocoder by coordinates.
- City Hall's State Senator, Carrie Ann Buck (SD-5, term to 2028), is herself the Republican nominee for U.S. House NV-1 — she has two rows (State Senator: elected; U.S. Representative: running).
- Senators and Representatives from Clark County's Federal Offices list (updated 6 Jan 2025); state legislators from Clark County's State Senate (updated 15 Nov 2024) and State Assembly (updated 14 Dec 2025) lists; Governor from the County's 2026 offices listing. Nevada SOS and Legislature sites were found blocked by an earlier agent (Las Vegas record) and were not retried. No photos linked (county-hosted portraits only; brief allows official congress/house/senate/city photos). No standsFor: none of the official lists print candidate statements.
- DEEPEN PASS 2026-10-31 - council roster re-checked. The Mayor and four wards are all present (Clark County's Municipal Elected Officials index: Henderson has '1 mayor and 4 Council seats'). Re-read 2026-10-31 on www.clarkcountynv.gov (robots 'User-agent: * Allow: /'): 'Current Listing of All Offices up for Election in 2026' (officesup-all-2026.pdf, dated 4/6/2026) names the incumbents 'City of Henderson Mayor - Romero, Michelle', 'Council Ward III - Cox, Carrie' and 'Municipal Court Judge Department 1 - Albritton, Alicia A. (appointed in Aug. 2022)'; 'All Contests and Candidates in the November 3 2026, General Election' (officesup-26g.pdf, dated 8/24/2026) still lists Mayor: Chadwick, Hollie / Romero, Michelle; Ward III: Atlas, Jennifer / Cox, Carrie; Municipal Court Judge Dept 1: Albritton, Alicia / Thompson, Gary; NV-1, NV-4, Governor and AD-22 (Booth, Shenea DEM; Hardy, Melissa REP) - every candidate row in this record matches it, no change.
- Wards I (Seebock), II (Larson) and IV (Stewart) are still NOT confirmed from a current official roster: www.cityofhenderson.com (and cityofhenderson.com) Akamai 403 on robots.txt; the County's 'All Elected Officials in Clark County' PDF (elections.clarkcountynv.gov/VoterRequestsTV/VoterRegistrationTotals/elecoff.pdf, 'Last Updated April 7, 2026') sits on elections.clarkcountynv.gov, robots 'Disallow: /', so not fetched; the County's 2024 general list (officesup-24g.pdf) shows only Ward II (Larson, Monica "Doc" vs Shaw, Dan K.) - Wards I and IV were settled at the 2024 primary and do not appear; Nevada SOS (www.nvsos.gov, silverstateelection.nv.gov) and the Legislature (www.leg.state.nv.us) answer robots.txt with Incapsula / Cloudflare challenges. webapi.legistar.com has no Henderson client. The three rows stay as they were, flagged for a direct check.
