Notes on this record

How the lists were read, and what could not be.

  • Municipal: Mayor James N. Giannettino, Jr. and four Members of City Council (Terrence "Terry" Cuddy, Christina Calarco, Dr. Rhoda Overstreet-Wilson, Craig Diego; all elected at large) from auburnny.gov/729/City-Council, retrieved 2026-10-31. Official @auburnny.gov emails decoded from the page's protected links. City office phone and street address on the page not copied. Auburn council seats are non-partisan in this record (party null): party lines for city races are not printed on the city page.
  • Next City of Auburn election: November 2027 (New York cities elect in odd years; the Mayor's four-year term began 2024-01-01). Which council seats are up in 2027 could not be verified — the Cayuga County BOE is behind Cloudflare.
  • Officeholders (federal, Governor, Lt Governor, SD-48, AD-126) confirmed on the Onondaga County BOE "Elected Official List" (revised 1/28/2025, posted April 2026). That list prints residential addresses and voter IDs — none copied.
  • 2026 ballot as captured (Onondaga official list, revised 9/18/2026): NY-22 Mannion (DEM/WOR, sitting) v Buller (REP/CON); Governor Hochul/Adams (DEM/WOR) v Blakeman/Hood (REP/CON/VA); SD-48 May (DEM/WOR, sitting) v McCarron Jr. (REP/CON); AD-126 Lemondes Jr. (REP/CON, sitting) v Phillips (DEM/WOR). Comptroller (DiNapoli v Hernandez) and Attorney General (James v Komatireddy) are on the ballot but not recorded as people. No recorded contest is unopposed.
  • BLOCKED / not used: cayugacounty.gov over https (Cloudflare challenge on the Departments page; the site's own http redirect served the home page, but no attempt was made to reach BOE pages around the challenge); chenangocountyny.gov (Cloudflare 403); www.ongov.net (connection refused). nysenate.gov / elections.ny.gov not tried (Cloudflare in earlier runs).
  • Robots/terms: auburnny.gov (robots allows; no terms read), onondaga.gov (robots allows /elections/), house.gov (allows /representatives), geocoding.geo.census.gov (no robots.txt), unitedstates.github.io (no robots.txt; CC0). standsFor null for everyone. No home addresses, phones or personal emails recorded.
